Julien is a hands-on corporate advisor. His experience is based on projects in various sectors (Financial Services, Transportation/Tourism, Energy, HR services) in the field of procurement, corporate and financial performance management, yield management and marketing.

Julien is able to address problems of large multinationals as well as small businesses. Julien developed synergies between those subjects with the strong emergence of Pricing as the key lever to improve the bottom line.

Moving forward with this credo, Julien is the co-author of a blog on pricing and yield management, where he demonstrates how pricing techniques can be applied by SMEs to improve their revenue stream.

Julien holds a Master in Management from ESC Rouen (ranked among top French Business Schools) and is a seasoned speaker at his alma mater.
