Nicole was formerly Senior Vice President at a Medical Device company prior to becoming a partner with ValuXperts. She brings together her expertise in strategy, marketing, and M&A to help companies capture their value and achieve growth. Nicole has held leadership roles across various departments such as Research & Development, Marketing & Communication and Training which enables her to understand the different aspects of creating a company’s value and communicating it to the market.

Having lived in several countries including Belgium, Germany, and Italy, Nicole has developed a deep understanding of different cultures. This positions her work to help organizations decide the strategic positioning of a company or product. Nicole is an inspirational leader who goes beyond just supporting an organization through templates and a single methodology.
