1999
Two partners combined their Harvard & Babson MBA’s and 25 years of combined consultative experience working for other multinational firms to form SPG in Toronto, Canada
2000
Our first contract in the U.S. was with Verizon Yellow Pages – Hard Print (Yes, before the advent of internet marketing, Hard Print was a popular form of advertising across the Contigious U.S.)
2001
SPG crossed the ‘Pond’ to the U.K. to work with Marks & Spencer. Subsequently, a relationship was born with our third partner in London.
2003
SPG built up a portfolio of clients and felt it was time to share our knowledge by participating in both public and private workshops around the world working with third-party workshop organizations in London and Malaysia
2005
Succeeded in establishing our 100th client. The partners were itching to work on the continent ‘down-under’, so a push was undertaken to seek work, a partner and conduct workshops in Australia.
2011
A talented young man from Costa Rica approached SPG to partner. He lead our expansion in Latin America. SPG was fortunate enough to have a Spanish speaking partner with price consulting experience and a network of contacts
2013
SPMG expanded into the continent of Europe using the assistance of our new seasoned partner in Paris. Our network of clients, experiences and partners doubled in addition to our pricing methodology templates, tools and white papers
2014
Reached our 500th client. SPG gained a foothold in Saudi Arabia and the GCC by working with several well-known organizations in the region. In 2020, SPG has partnered with a local consulting firm to jointly conduct workshops and conduct engagements.
2024
800 engagements later, 10 partners, 2 books, over 100 written articles and 500 public and private workshops SPG is still contributing to the pricing ecosystem and landscape
2025
Over 3.5 billion dollars in Revenue contribution since inception. New Website and strategic pricing & Revenue projects and training typically ongoing on 4 continents amongst the SPG team, and counting
